Ventilation
The best defense is high-quality flashing installed by an experienced crew. We replace all flashing on every new roof we install, including valley, flashing, drip edge, step flashing, chimney counter flashing, and pipe vent collars, which can be easy-access spots for water to enter your home.
Flashing
Underlayment provides a second line of defense against the elements, making your roof virtually waterproof before we even install the shingles. We use Ice & Water Shield along the eaves, up gables & up valleys. Then we cover the rest of the roof with synthetic underlayment.

Your gutters are cleaned by hand after your old roofing material has been torn off, followed by a leaf blower to remove fine debris. After installation of the new roofing material, another cleaning is performed and your gutters are cleaned a second time.
